Movistar to offer services for the vision impaired

Telefónica Móviles¿ branch launched in Chile a plan “Listen to me” for the vision impaired. The company closed an agreement with the Unión de Instituciones de Ciegos de Chile. Movistar will subsidize handsets with special services. The telephone Owasys 22C communicates with the customer through voice, message repetition, calls on hold or lost. In the same way, the user will be able to identify by voice the telephones state – if he has coverage, if the battery is charged, time and date – or text messages that have already been written before being sent, among other functions.
