Ricardo Salas Silva, market and Strategy vice-president of EPM`s Emtelco, announced that the company will have new installations available for the first quarter. Emtelco is also planning to expand its Contact Center capacity that today currently assists the calls of their corporate customers and also administers their data bases. At the moment, more than 2,000 people work in Emtelco`s center.
