FETRATEL recommends to CANTV employees to sell shares once the OPA is announced

The Federal Telecommunications Worker’s Federation (FETRATEL), which groups 28 unions of the sector, recommended to CANTV shareholders to sell their stocks once the government announces the conditions of the announced Public Offer. The president of the federation, Igor Lira, manifested to having certain distrust in the negotiations with the government. The Federation is currently discussing the clauses of the collective contract. Lira commented that FETRATEL wants “the new administration to guarantee the quality of the company, so it does not become political, because if that occurs we would be destined to failure”.
