Among the companies: Xolusat, Xolutiva, Neoris de México, Neoris Colombia, Systor Trodheim AS/ST Intereurope Systemas, Zettanet, TNS, ATS Advanced Technologyl Solutions y Stratus Technologies México. También, las firmas Indra Sistemas, Tata Consultancy Services de México, GBM Dominicana, Informática El Corte Inglés, Neustar Inc., Porthus N.V., Sinergit, Cleartech, Telcordia Technologies México and Telcordia Technologies, Inc appear.
Vargas said that the opening of bids of qualified participants will take place March 18. The price range of the financial proposal was set at US$ 8 million, 50% of Capex and 50% of OPEX for the duration of the contract. Regarding the model per portability transaction, the maximum value was set at US$ 8.
Although it was expected that fixed and mobile portability would be operational by July 1, 2009, it was postponed to September because the deadline for the election of the Central System Portability was extended.
