Telcor, the Nicaraguan regulator, will award the consultancy of this year to develop the proposal for the modernization of the "ICT Regulatory Framework" and the "Cost Model for the Fixation of Tariffs for Telecommunication Services" in the fourth quarter. Both initiatives have the technical assistance of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and are part of the Broadband Program developed by Telcor, which started in 2016.
