This was one of the main conclusions of the virtual event held yesterday, moderated by Mariana Rodríguez Zani, director of Convergencialatina and Convergencia Research. Jorge Ochoa, manager of Millicom's Global Security Operations Center, emphasized the need to put people at the center of the scene, as the most important asset, which will allow the design of mature processes and the appropriate technology. He stressed that business continuity will depend on the development of the security layer designed from the beginning of the creation of each product or service.
