71% of Argentine companies affirm that they are moving towards a continuous adoption of the Cloud, according to a survey by Accenture among directors of organizations. Officials identify reducing operating costs (48%), achieving faster time to market (46%) and diversifying into new industries (40%) as their business priorities. In this path of adoption, the management of hybrid and multi-cloud environments already acts as a general rule: an IBM study reveals that only 1% of respondents in Argentina reported having used a single private or public cloud in 2021, compared to 16% 2019. The certainty of the hybrid cloud as the dominant IT architecture is accompanied by a concern about vendor lock-in. Nearly 87% of local respondents felt it was extremely important to have 100% portable workloads, without vendor lock-in.
