Anatel studies 850 MHz and 1,900 MHz bands refarming

The Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (Anatel) (Telecom regulator) is preparing a proposal to unify bands A and B at 850 MHz and carry out the refarming of the 1,900 MHz bands in continuous channels, whose licenses will expire in 2032, since in this way they can be used in the future for 4G and 5G.
