Two out of five ISPs and cable operators manage their collections through Banco Roela's Siro

The bank is currently working with 750 telecommunications companies to automate their collections. According to Florencia Muscarello, Large Customer Account executive, the service focuses on a common problem of the ISP or cable operator, with customers who pay "what they want and when they want."
