The agreement between Telefónica for the sale of 64% of its fiber optic assets in Peru, as it has already done in Chile and Colombia, includes both KKR and Entel entering the ownership of PangeaCo, a subsidiary of Telefónica del Perú, to jointly create a new company: On*Net Fibra del Perú.
