With the launch of the National Digital Transformation Policy, the Peruvian authorities aim to reach the year 2030 with a profound reversal of the causes that keep people and companies away from digitalization. It promotes connectivity infrastructure, digital finance and stimulation of digital talent.

The National Digital Transformation Policy (PNTD, for its Spanish acronym) aims to provide a solution, in the year 2030, to a fundamental problem: the low exercise of digital citizenship, a concept that encompasses everything from the technological skills that the population possesses to online participation, political activism on the Internet, digital well-being and online civic engagement.
