Brazilian linear TV seeks to reconvert to avoid its extinction

Competition with streaming has led the main groups to have their own platforms to be able to compete on other screens. The arrival of TV 3.0 can help in its conversion.

With an average year-on-year drop of 17.2% last February, the Brazilian pay TV market has been in an endless decline for many years. The total of 11.29 million existing subscribers at the end of February is quite similar to what existed in 2011 and contrasts deeply with the 19.8 million that were verified in November 2014, to cite an example.
