For Horacio Martínez, time has come for Digital Transformation Agents

On the last day of the Regional Telecommunications Meeting (EncRegTel), held in the city of Paraná, the Grupo Datco invited ISPs to "take the leap" and add new features to their portfolio. In addition, the proposals from Red Intercable, Setetec, VideoSwitch and OCRL.

The “Digital Transformation Agent (DTA)” refers to a new concept introduced by Horacio Martínez, president of Grupo Datco, within the framework of the Regional Telecommunications Meeting (EncRegTel), which ended in Paraná. “It's a word invented by us”, Martínez clarified. With this concept, he proposes to ISPs to “think about the next leap, because customers already have a connection,” adding new features with the aim of building loyalty and obtaining more profits. “It is necessary to differentiate your service if you don't want your client to leave with no problem,” he said.
