Enacom intervention, with own metamorphosis

After the first stage, characterized by a flurry of initiatives to advance a new idea of ??a regulatory entity, Enacom entered a second stage that concentrates the authority of public policies in the hands of Juan Manuel Ozores. It is expected that he will present a roadmap with the objectives and actions to be carried out by the Argentine regulatory entity.

The intervened regulator had a profile and a reason for being in its “first period”, as Enacom itself defined at the initial 180 days, and transformed itself into a new chameleon skin for the second phase, dated until July 7, 2025. This metamorphosis must be understood within the framework of the Government's recalculation after the departure of Nicolás Posse from the Cabinet Office and the consolidation of the figure of the presidential advisor, Santiago Caputo, in the management of President Javier Milei.
