ITU approves global report to strengthen submarine cable resilience

ITU deepens into recommendations to strengthen the resilience of submarine cables.

A set of recommendations was approved last February during the Porto Summit. Now, the publication of the International Advisory Body on Submarine Cable Resilience (IAB) is set to be approved; it includes three working group reports that further explain these recommendations, provide examples of best practices, and offer suggestions regarding outstanding issues in various fields, among other items.
