The M&A ICT market is recovering, though still far from 2021 levels

On the other hand, there are financial conditions that favor investment, such as an excess of capital and lower interest rates.

According to PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), there is a consensus in the capital markets regarding some positive indicators in the ICT sector: advancements in generative AI and other new technologies, the role of software—particularly in cybersecurity, the consolidation of telecommunications service firms, and the expansion of the streaming market are the main drivers.
