The Strategic Committee of the Public Sector for Artificial Intelligence and Data approved Uruguay's new Artificial Intelligence Strategy, with the goal of advancing a national public policy based on the ethical development and use of this technology. The review process of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy was led and coordinated by Agesic, in collaboration with the Strategic Committee of the Public Sector for Artificial Intelligence and Data, in accordance with Article 74 of Law No. 20.212, dated November 6, 2023.
