Enacom sets pole-sharing fee at US$1.16 monthly per 100 meters

These are decisions that close claims from pole owners. The payment amount was established based on criteria of “reasonableness and consistency” with precedents

The National Communications Entity (Enacom) set the value of the economic consideration that three ISPs in the province of La Pampa must pay to four cooperatives for the sharing of passive infrastructure for the period from May to December 2024 in three cases, and from July to December in the last one. The monthly charge is equivalent to US$1.16 (ARS 1,572.29 in local currency) for every 100 linear meters of cabling. This figure does not include any applicable taxes or levies.
