Fitch: Latin American operators must cut costs and control investment spending

Together with the net debt reduction, they will allow operators to obtain free cash flow to remunerate shareholders. It warns that the macroeconomic and financial context is "challenging."

Fitch Ratings stated that communications service providers (CSPs) in Latin America will maintain their “resilience” for the remainder of this year, but they will need to focus on cost and investment control in order to improve profitability.
