The Bogotá Telecommunications Company (ETB) announced the start of the largest expansion of its network in recent years, made possible through an alliance with ZTE. Under this partnership, ETB will build, expand, and upgrade its fiber-optic network over the next three years to connect more than 450,000 households during that period. The investment of US$ 70,000,000 will focus on next-generation fiber-optic infrastructure, service installation, and the provision of technological equipment in Bogotá.
