The National Spectrum Agency (ANE) has opened for public consultation a draft regulation adopting an update to the Technical Television Plan (PTTV), the instrument that defines spectrum planning for the provision of Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) services nationwide. The update is being published in compliance with Article 8 of the Administrative Procedure and Administrative Litigation Code and will remain open for comments until January 23, 2026, via the email address solicitudestdt@ane.gov.co.
