Siget appoints Liberty Networks to build the first submarine cable

The General Superintendency of Electricity and Telecommunications (Siget), El Salvador’s telecommunications regulator, has selected Liberty Networks as the provider to design, build, deploy and operate the country’s first submarine cable.
