Amid an institutional crisis that has lasted more than 500 days, the Telecommunications Cooperative of Cochabamba (Cooperativa de Telecomunicaciones Cochabamba, Comteco) requested that the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (Tribunal Supremo Electoral, TSE) call full elections to renew its administrative and oversight boards, in a bid to restore the legitimacy of its authorities and address internal conflicts that have affected its operations.
