Judge Edna Medeiros Ramos of the 13th Federal Court of the Federal District granted a preliminary injunction in favor of Acel, the association representing TIM, Claro and Vivo, against the transfer of Ligga Telecom’s spectrum licenses to the Amazônia 5G and Unifique consortium.
