The Executive Director of the Telecommunications and Transport Regulation and Supervision Authority (Autoridad de Regulación y Fiscalización de Telecomunicaciones y Transportes, ATT), Carlos Agreda Lema, held a meeting with the Director of Digital Infrastructure at CAF (Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean), Julissa Cruz Abreu, with the aim of exploring financing mechanisms and international cooperation for strategic projects.
