ATIS Group, a telecommunications infrastructure operator, completed a major regional expansion by acquiring 100% of LATI Paraguay, a Tigo subsidiary that owns the infrastructure supporting the cellular network. The transaction was closed with Millicom International Cellular S.A., although the purchase price for the 281 towers was not disclosed.
