Ecuadorian president, Guillermo Lasso, appointed three new authorities within his government. In the yellow room of the Carondelet Palace, he appointed the new executives of the Secretariat of the Presidency, the National Telecommunications Corporation (CNT, in Spanish) and the Center for Strategic Intelligence (CIES, in Spanish).
Ralph Suástegui Brborich will be the new head of CNT. Until yesterday he served as Secretary General of the Presidency and was a protagonist in the government plans of Lasso's presidential campaigns. On his part, José Yúnez will be in charge of the Secretariat of the Presidency and Galo Robalino will be head of the CIES.
