Rodolphe Belmer leaves Eutelsat leadership and Intelsat's Stephen Spengler retires

This week there were two announcements of head changes in large satellite operators. Eutelsat announced the departure of its CEO Rodolphe Belmer, who from 2022 will go on to lead Atos.

Meanwhile, at Intelsat, CEO Stephen Spengler announced his retirement once the firm completes its financial restructuring under Chapter 11 and selects a successor. Spengler has served as CEO for seven years and has been with Intelsat for 18 years.
