Digitel GSM takes 412 prefix throughout the country

Today, the migration of prefixes 417 and 418 of the regional operators, Digicel and Infonet, now controlled by Digitel GSM, to the number 412 of Digitel GSM, has begun. The intention of Oswaldo Cisneros Fajardo, owner of the new national operator, is to summon up a unification of numbers in the least amount of time. According to Cisneros, “we are announcing the beginning of a new company Digitel, product of the unification of Digicel, Infonet and Digitel”. In this way, the executive stated, “The new company’s objective is to concentrate on integrating all the users in one GSM network with national coverage”.
