The Latin American Telecommunications Alliance (Alianza Latinoamericana de Telecomunicaciones, ALT+) and the Puerto Rico chapter of the Internet Society (ISOC Puerto Rico) signed a cooperation agreement to undertake initiatives focused on connectivity, digital inclusion and strengthening local operators.
