Arsat signs 12 deals with software firms to offer value-added services to ISPs

It is part of the company’s transformation process toward becoming a Tech-Co. Gerardo Renzetti, the state-owned company’s CTO, detailed that the solutions include security, single-window services, IoT, distance education, and content streaming, among others.

Before the end of 2025, Arsat will offer value-added solutions (VAS) on its cloud, “powered by Arsat,” as part of its transformation into a “Tech-Co.” Gerardo Renzetti, the state-owned company’s CTO, originally announced this in November 2024, and since then, efforts have been underway to forge agreements with software development companies, providing them with facilities at Arsat’s Data Center. The VAS offerings, aimed at ISPs, will cover areas such as security, single-window services, IoT, distance education, and content streaming, among others, according to Renzetti’s statements to Convergencia.
