The construction of a second Túpac Katari satellite to start in 2017

The Bolivian Space Agency considered it necessary to have another satellite to confront the saturation of TKSAT-1, expected for next year. To connect non covered areas, reduce wholesale prices and bridge the digital divide remain as targets.
