One of the standout projects during LINKS 2026, which concluded yesterday in Playa del Carmen, was the agreement between Liberty Latin America (LLA) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Ray Collins, senior vice president of Infrastructure and Corporate Strategy at LLA and CEO of Liberty Networks, said negotiations took a year in order to make it work for both companies and Liberty Networks’ customers.
